Role: Assessment Systems Executive

Dates: August 2024 - Present

Hired to manage releases for key systems, and to manage defects lists and resolutions, to ensure that the product meets the needs of the institute.
Introduced the institute to new ways of working using tools such as Azure Dev Ops and Miro. Also investigated how Scrum could be implemented at the institute to deliver a better product.
Collaborated with colleagues to resolve issues, and to investigate possibilities to enhance the product.

Dates: September 2023 – April 2024

Hired to analyse business problems, inform the design and development of technical solutions, and ensure we delivered significant customer value on time.
Led the Scrum ceremonies (standup, refinement, three amigos) for my team, worked closely with the project manager and engineers. Ensured we met or exceeded our sprint commitments.
Conceived a feature that described property images, which is important for visually impaired customers to understand what a property looks like to improve accessibility. Wrote a Python application that interfaced with OpenAI’s API, and delivered it with my colleagues during our internal AI hackathon event.
